| Cloud Service | USPatentProsecution: web software that helps registered U.S. patent practitioners and their firms prepare, docket and manage U.S. patent applications. It covers intake, AI-assisted first drafts, forms, deadline tracking, papers and a pre-filing review. |
|---|---|
| Order Date | The Effective Date. |
| Subscription Period | One month. |
| Cloud Service Fees | Per package (draft, reply, IDS, review, bundle or PCT entry), as listed in the price list on Customer’s billing page (and in any written quote Provider sends) on the date each order is placed. Provider may update prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice to Customer (by email or within the Product), and the change will apply in the next Subscription Period. |
| Drafting Package | The specification, claims and abstract, the application data sheet, the inventor declarations, the power of attorney and the fee sheet, with one revision round. Formal drawing sheets (37 CFR 1.84) are not included: the draft lists every figure it needs, and Customer or its draftsperson prepares the sheets. |
| Payment Process | Each package is one order, paid when it is placed: charged to the payment method Customer saved with Provider’s payment processor, or paid online (card or bank debit) or by bank transfer from the order. Provider starts the work when the order is paid; once the work has started the order is non-refundable. Each draft order includes one revision round. |

| Use Limitations | For U.S. patent matters handled by Customer. Docketing plans are limited to the number of active matters stated for the plan. |
| Technical Support | By email to info@uspatentprosecution.com and through the in-product question form, on U.S. business days, with commercially reasonable efforts. |
